National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) team up to save lives from severe weather

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency launched the first "National Severe Weather Preparedness Week" this week (April 22 – 28).
