Thanks to "College Possible Access and Success Partnership" college is possible for many youth

The "College Possible Access and Success Partnership" is an award winning and evidence based program that works in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Omaha, Nebraska and the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. The 2011 Mutual of America Community Partnership National Award Winner College Possible (originally named Admission Possible), is a nonprofit that helps economically disadvantaged high school students navigate college. The organization helps students with the college admissions process and while in college. College Possible works with several partners to help pull off the program including high schools in their target areas, numerous institutions of higher education, and AmeriCorps and VISTA.

What a great way to fill a gap and to use partnerships to do it. Each partner is critical to the process. I would even argue critical to the programs 98% success rate.
