Underserved children in Southern California see a "Spark of Love" this holiday season

Every holiday season for the past 19 years, KABC-TV Los Angeles, CA (a.k.a ABC7) and firefighters from throughout Southern California have teamed up to run the Spark of Love Toy Drive. This year, they are getting some help from local businesses and organizations such as Jakks Pacific, Mathis Brothers, Metrolink, Verizon, K-FROG 95.1, Temple-Inland, Improv, California Community Foundation, Xerox, Park Water Company, Aetna Medicare, and Rotary Club of Los Angeles (LA5). The drive collects new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment for underserved children in So. California. This year, there are seven ways to donate ranging from gift drop off opportunities to donating online. See the Spark of Love Toy Drive website for more information.

The Spark of Love toy drive is in its 19th year and still running strong. This campaign is an example of a lasting partnerships that has benefited children for many years.
